Founder & CEO
Patrick O’Leary
Patrick O’Leary is a technologist, architect, and strategist who has spent his career at the intersection of AI, data, and human-centered design. As Founder and CEO of The VGER Group, he leads the company’s mission to make Artificial Intelligence practical, ethical, and accessible helping organizations harness emerging technology for measurable, real-world impact.
Originally from Ireland, Patrick’s curiosity for technology began in university, where he quickly realized how computing could bridge ideas and opportunity. His early career took him from Ireland, to the UK, and the US during nearly a decade with AOL, where he helped shape large-scale web and search systems in the formative years of the Internet.
Since then, Patrick has held leadership roles across EdTech, HealthTech, and the Startup realm combining deep technical knowledge with a strategic understanding of how data can transform products and industries.
Today, through The VGER Group, he brings that experience to clients seeking to navigate the next wave of AI-driven transformation — where technology amplifies human potential rather than replacing it.
